Hey all, here's a monster that i'm working on for a short. gonna change the banner cause it was mentioned it was too flimsy. let me know what ya think =)

I like the overall shot of the picture.
With regards to the banner, why dont you try a red triangular shaped banner, that flows towards the rear (almost like a flag banner).

I'd be happy to try a mock colour paint of your character if you'd like

i think there's something funky going on with his right leg. He seems too large for the horse, too, or he's riding on its neck
