summer pudding: I like to think I'm cheating a little- I tend to make things shiny, so I get to use little specular highlights to basically point out the direction of the light. Good morning,
Matthew: those top two images have great impact. I don't see the distortion though.
Mon: I visited your site last night. God almighty! When I was your age, I was just figuring our EtchaSketch! You've got a rare gift.
Rhomb: the Queen drawing from your site is now my desktop. Outstanding.
Barret: thanks for the advice.
Here's something I knocked out in about two hours, inspired by Lovecraft's At the Mountains of Madness. The figure is a bite ropey I guess, but I'm quite pleased with the environment. No ref used here either btw.

I've been keeping an eye on this thread and I've noticed a lot of car designs which I thought of at the Toronto Autoshow today. I saw the new Mitsubishi Concept Sport Truck and it looks like it was pulled right out of this thread. Check it out if you want some inspiration. Keep up the good work ladies and gents. Peace |

Rhomb, Mon, Swarm, Pringle: Thanks. You guys are posting some really inspiring work.
Sparth, Mimer: Awesome stuff.
Now... time for some nice... relaxing... Ultra-Violence (when ordinary run-of-the-mill violence just won't do...).
