Amazing. So much symbolism and little details, really shows a lot of imagination, and incredible rendering ability of course. I think this final version could be compressed a little less, though. You've got some awesome brushwork and sharp edges in the details that really get lost in this version, which looks very blurry and muddy in spots. |

Man this is just amazing. You did a beautiful job on the girl. I would like to say one thing. Not that I'm an expert or any thing and I hope you don't take offence. But I think it could use some more cool colors. It just looks( and it may be my computer) like a lot of warm colors. Even the shadows seem warm. But that also may be what your going for. But I'll say it once more this is just fantastic workmanship. I mean even the strips in her shirt seem to match the wrinkles. |

Normally I have a hard time to chew images that are as symbolic in nature as this one, but your painting is really strong and I love the colors! I like how you flattened the shirt and focused on the hands and face. Maybe take it even further along those lines? _________________ www.mattiassnygg.com

Anyway ... it really outstanding artwork
Maybe she should form her hands like listening to the sound of nature? im not sure |

Wow, this is excellent. Really beautiful. I really love the colors you've chosen. The way the light bounces off her hair, giving it that golden gleam is just beautiful. Though she's centered in the picture, the microphones(or whatever those are), her eyes peering off, and the tilt of her hands keep the composition interesting. I've been staring at this for several minutes now trying to find something to critique, but I just find myself getting lost in her face. Very nicely done, Peter. I too think this should certainly be less compressed. Looking at the details on your site, there's some very nice brushwork in there. Great work. |

top notch.. I like how she doesn't really look very '90s (or the style of the image, it looks alot like a vinyl-cover) & that she's blonde with green eyes. (yum.) |
