...because I'm a few days late.

I saved this on the highest quality level possible, and it still came out like this. Anyone know why?

I think it looks fine but I can see what you mean about it so I zoomed in on the picture and from what I can see you have made the picture with layers, perhaps, the hard edges that can be seen looks like they have a little white in them. Zoom in on the picture and you will see it.
Neat picture though. :)

Nice one Tinusch. I like how the guy and the pumpkin have contrary facial expressions.

perhaps try saving it out as a gif. Might help. Might not.

Matthew: Thanks, glad you like it. I actually only used one layer for the guy in the foreground. The background was three layers, but he was painted straight onto one layer. I do notice some light spots, like on the right side (his left) of his face. The compression problem I was referring to was mainly the color banding in the sky. It was a smooth gradient in PS, but when saved it turned into that.

gLitterbug: Thanks, I actually didn't even think about their expressions, it all just kind of happened. Didn't really notice the contrasting expressions.

Brain: Wow, you're still around? Haven't heard from you in awhile. Wouldn't GIF format limit it even further?

Ilkka: Thanks, the mood was my primary focus. Glad it worked.
