nexykun, sosen, NeFF // Many thanks guys, thank you. :)
Max, I like that one, I hope to see some more speedys now that you have web-space. :)
Lunatique, cool stuff.
Sometimes Painter gives you the feeling that you only are into Painter to hide things, work within the shadows and weird brushes, hmm but fun anyway. :)

Max, I am repeating myself but that is just beautiful, I love your landscapes :)
If you look carefully at this characters back you can see that I have mixed some colors there, I usually try to do the same with acrylics and once you have those base values you can mix them and bring them together.
ok back to Bob Dylan

drunken_muse: blah if you start talking to me on this board I'll have to post something.
spooge: I had plenty of the kind of people you mentioned that just paints like crazy without really looking at the model (and continuing like nothing happend when the model went on breaks) in class earlier this year. Usually they'd get bored after half the time wanting to start something new or different too.
Have hardly painted or drawn anything on the computer for a long time.... tried painter. Too many things I don't know how it works in painter and very few brushes that are actually usable on my poor old comp but at least I managed to do something.... sorry for the lack of bg and stuff
Back to practising basic drawing skills I guess... |

Wasssup: Is that chic on the mecha platform fishing?
I like the design either way, I just like it even better if she is.
Cybear: I know, I get my kicks from being a general bastard. ;D
Ok, now this consist of a series of speedpaints I've done today and
was meant to collect some of the most common characters of the
speedpaint-phenomena (ie cowboy, punk chic with uzi, pirate etc) and
adding them together in a "League of extraordinary gentlemen"-way.
Go go new and improved league!
When I was drawing the goth-lady (Alan Moore's league has one, or
at least the movie version of it, so therefor shall mine!) I came to
think of spooge's victorian lady and couldn't help myself from putting
her in there. (Spooge: If you mind just tell me & I'll remove her.) |
