this was...drawn for a friend that sat next to me in SAT class. but...i know the waterfall was badly mutilated, the girl's arms seem kinda weird, i'm just not very good with watercolors at all, i need a lot more practice, but any feedback might be nice. the paper...was...prolly...24 x 12 or something, so...these are digi cam shots.

i like how the first close up is actually smaller than the full image...

but i dig it too.. mostly the quasi manga style..

maybe next time try leaving out the inking and doing the whole scketch in water colors?...

nice shading on the trees.. but the one near the fall looks like muscle tissue or something..

the effect on the water is cool.. but looks misplaced on te forground grass.. except for where it overlaps. background grass looks better imo.

the leaves on the trees too.. thats pretty nice..

the little griffins have an oddly japanese quality to them as well.. like with the old japanese ink drawings..

shame you wouldnt get that with just the water colors.
