I think it looks cool, but the hair looks like it's behind thehead... Even on the top. Another thing I think you should fix are the arms, they are a little too short. The elbow should be near the hip area.

nice pic dude...

umm first thing that i want to point out is the hair its too dull, you should use some refference for it, if you look closely the hair needs to have some more lighter parts in the right places...try to identify a deffinitive light source in your pic and work from there

another thing is the skin tone. shes a little too pink but that makes no difference, work more on the darker and lighter parts of her body (lightsource), nice start though

lastly, if i were you id get rid of the tri-fat on her upper arm...i think its make her a little more appealing, but leave it for last... Twisted Evil

PS-

Iddi - i disagree, i thing the arms are long enough...but the hipps do need some work, maybe a bit wider...

Ylla, do you mean that the butt isn't visible between the legs? In that case, I agree with you.

more hips? butt getting better? suggestions on face before i go and spend time on it and it be off. once i'm done with the face i'll work on the hair more and add more detail to the skin.

Did this yesterday, because I thought, the hair was wrong. Looks a little like a slipped wig Wink . Iddi mentioned this already so I thought, there is no need to post it. I'm no pro but maybe it helps a little. Besides the head I think the rest looks good. Keep on working on it.

AdamantiumKnot, your face needs a lot of work. Try to see what Francmidi did different from you, and you'll learn a bit I think.

I still think those arms are too short... And you need a navel. Just suggestions.

been a couple weeks and i haven't been able to work on it anymore, hopefully i'll get around to it in the next few, still a bit intimidated by the face. i've got too many projects going on in classes varying from modelling a mini dv tape to a 'T' and designing websites in flash and dreamweaver. they're taking up most of my spare time.

this is a good effort, but i believe if you do all of your paintings this way you will keep getting nervous when you come to a part that hasn't been worked out. i suggest you fully sketch it out before you even try to lay colour and lighting on top.

Yes, this is a rather bad way to begin artwork.
