Alright, I think I've been here long enough to finally chance showing something. It's a work in progress. I started it over vacation last week because I was bored. I keep chugging at it, even though there are other things I should be doing instead.
The idea is fairly simple. The vampire presents the girl with one of the things he considers most precious, most worthy of giving to someone he esteems so much: a bubble of blood. She, naturally, is not impressed.
Yeah I have dreams like this. And yeah, I purposely made the vampire a little... inhuman in his appearance.

No one has replied so... one thing that bugs me is the black all over, kinda makes it look flat and without much depth... but it's only my opinion. And I also kinda get confused with the background (wall and tree?) but besides those 2 things and it not being finished yet...
Also maybe the way they are posed also. Seems a bit akward. Was this purely digital? Or sketch-scan-digital ?
I remember I used to do things without really sketching and posing and I had problems with the anatomy of a character looking stiff.
Ok... now other than all that it is coming along alright. _________________ Meep meep |

Hi
hmmm I dunno really what to say to that pic, I like the idea, but can't tell a lot... I'm waiting for the finished picture to tell more... but there's something I was wondering, could t be that the vampire's right arm is a bit too long compared with the left one? ..... and the girls shoes seem (to me) a bit too big, 'cause she's too small to have such big feet.. her feet are even bigger than the vampire's feet...
So, you know that I'm a real newbie here, so I'm not sure, if I am right...

yeah, like tha other dude said, 2 much black in the background, I say add some of em stylish park lamp-posts and that will give u some nice lighting aswell. Also, I think the woman needs more emotion. |
