I got some tips from Capt.Flush but I think I overworked this background too, crazy, Capt.Flush thank you for keep giving me advice. :)
Viag - Awesome. :D
I guess I need a new signature when it appeared that my Chinese sucked, well maybe I will get better, I guess speedys dont have to be signed anyway, or do they? ...hmmm.

Viag: I really like your pictures, but please dont post 700k big images. Think of us poor modem users. 100k should be ok for any picture of this size.
Thanks,

Mon, Wassup, Great!
You guys just understand light and use i as you plaything ... whist I am completely unable to capture it, so uncertain about how it works.

I'm sure someone could execute this better then I have, so I hope someone does, but here's the concept.
(this was made with that old song 'downtown' in mind)

S4Sb, Osto, GREAT!
Cicinimo: Love that second. His expression is just divine, so nicely done.
Wassup: Thanks you are still the holy mutha tho I must say I liked those action-story pics More than this portrait which is nothing less than superb.
Another pic inspired by this jazz festival in vienne, france that I went to.
I just began paiting loosely and got something I'm pretty pleased with for the effort I put in. That's incredibly rare for me.

just trying some diferent approaches to the same old sketching stuff. experimenting is more fun than I thought it would be. Some of these work, some don't, but I think they've all taught me something. (how 'after school special' does that sound?)

Michael: nice lighting!
Paintangel: thats awesome for 30 minutes
Osto: Cool, but would be cooler with a background
Capt: awesome colors/lighting
m703: hahahaha, that rules!
Swarm, thats such a cool environment. So creepy. Nice texture/technique too
Drunker monkey: Proportions/anatomy are so perfect. How you do that?
shambles: the character is hilarious in a cheezy sort of way. You might have been going for a serious character, but its cool either way
Isric: beautiful as always. Love the cool>warm gradient on the second character. It works perfectly. All the poses/epxressions are as effective as always. _________________ artpad.org |
