Once again a hard-work-illo by EyeWoo! Nice & clean as usual. I wonder how much time you spend on such a pic...
It must be difficult to compose an illustration for a child book. I mean you have to paint it while trying to guess how it would be seen through a child's eyes...
I feel there's something from an adult person in this one. Maybe the faces with so much details or these unnatural smiles. It's scary, for real.
I did not feel that in your previously posted works. _________________ www.ELLioTEK.net PLAY BOUNTY KILLERS! |

I love it! There is alot of imformation in it...well, kids today will understand it anyway.
It's lovely but i liked the "the cat who though it's tail...- style" better |

ELLioT... Yes, I agree about the images of the kids, but the author sent me some very explicit sketches as to how she wanted them to look, so, being a commision, that is the look. It's a bit of a departure from my normal style, but I am enjoying doing them. There is a bit of the adult in the pictures, but then one of the kids is the "Cool Bus" driver, and the Witch dressed character in this picture owns the notso haunted house, so these little characters seem to have some adult qualities written into them by the author...
Max... Yep... it is a different style form "The Cat Who..." The author was pretty explicit about what she wanted and so far she is delighted with what I'm providing... _________________ HonePie.com

A mime miming a vampire? Freaky. I'd think that might scar a kid for life. _________________ -CyberA(rtist) aka Ben Golus |
