NeFF, oDD, viag thank you there guys. :D

viag - thank you for understanding what I meant cause sometimes it just feels like I am rambling and no-one wants to listen, I will stay in this thread, once again thank you viag.
Also the latest picture you made viag rocks. :D

This idea just came to me when I woke up this morning so I had to sketch it down, will see if I will tighten it up later.

gecko... the eye is really nice... simple. the flower in the botteom corner would be much better if the strokes would be as bold as the reast of the picture. sorry that's my opinion Smile

the whole thread is just great.

matthew: i read those "random musings" and just wanted to say nobody has the right to judge you and your artwork like that. how you like to work is your choice(altough i sometimes wonder why you use so little ref). but thats up to you, keep up the good work

sorry for my rants, just wanted to say this.

Probustion - thank you for the feedback there.
I kind of followed Spooges advice there with not using too much photographs and the fact that too much usage of photos will only be a flat and shape result, thou I use ref sometimes.
With my latest stuff I have tried to use my imagination, used a different render tecnique and also tried to remember observations of stuff, maybe not the best way but it is really funny and during the summer I have mostly played around with my pictures.
I will be 100% serious again with my painting when my painting-school starts in about a month. Nice water treatment in your picture. :)
Once again thank you Probustion. :)

I think I will leave this clown baby now, not the best of anatomy. :)

see you
Matthew

Gecko: Don't stop painting birds. Ever. Smile

oDD: Like a fine wine, just gets better and better. Might be nice to have some really sharp (but quick!) areas, highlights etc to give some areas a bit of prominence.

penthon: welcome, really nice style you have.

Assassin:

Hmn, I think I'll try speedpainting ref again. I seem to be losing it.

A scene that anyone from the rural west should be familiar with:

Great work everyone. Reakshun, I dig your horses.
