yea i guess i agree with sukhoi on this one...the water looks cg when the rest looks painted...but oh well its awesome anyway.

no 3d, i dont know how to use it yet Smile
this is all photoshop+painter.
i use a lot of filters too. everywhere. the water was made mmh maybe with liquify and smudge and other blurs dodge etc..
i saw that it has a different look but it pleased me like that:) (i could have painted over to homogenise perfectly the overall pic)
