Poser and bryce, sorry.
Thought you guys could help me out, I got the feeling the environment is too buissy and keeps the attention away from the subject.
could you give me some tips on the composition?
Thanks _________________ Visit my website at http://www.homeoflegolas.com |

I like the actual composition, but imho the dragon is too small. If bigger the visual impact would improve because we'll see our little yet brave hero trying to kill an all mighty dragon that can crush him in a simple movement. It's a bit clich, but in my opinion the image asks for it. _________________ "Ever forward, my darling wind." -Master Yuppa

Yeah, maybe the pic is asking for a huge looming dragon, but i thought I'dd make the battle with *equal* chances
Thanks for the comments..
And all ban voters: I'll stop posting bryce and poser.
Regards,

About the poll... I'm no master of stadistic, but 7 votes over all the people who visit this place daily seems a low number right now. _________________ "Ever forward, my darling wind." -Master Yuppa

Why don't you paint over the image to make it look less artificial?
I think the area around the shield is too busy...
and the dragon seem to be standing on the sword....
the horse looks too cute I think.
IMO the orange light makes the guy and the dragon stand out. That's a good thing.
But why is the guy's back lit like that? Where does the orange light come from? Maybe a colder, bluish color would be cool? _________________ http://www.conceptworld.org |
