Okay, first impression--those clouds and that angle are , well, pretty cool.

Things that might use improvement--Landscape elements get paler and less saturated the further away they are.

Two cents.

Hey man, nice start. Smile The thing that hurts the piece most isn't the mountains - its the lighting. It doesn't seem to be consistent throughout the piece. Where's the sun? In the forground character, the shadows from him put the sun above him. The shading on his calves put it on the left. The lighting on the lower right part of his ride puts it on the right. And the BG puts it alternately in the rear left or forground left. Very Happy Think in terms of the shapes first, figure out how the light will behave on those shapes, then render. *buurrp* Oops, excuse me, that always happens when I regurgitate something Spooge and Fred and others have tried to drill into me. =P

Looking better man! Don't be afraid to push the lighting. Push it farther than I have here if you like, just have fun with it. Strong directional lighting like this will cause hard shadows and high contrast. That means lower numbers of highly saturated colors for the most part.

This is the lastest changes i have made, i defined the clouds quite a bit more increasted the shading contrast and i cleaned up the picture overrall.

I thinks it is allmost finishied
(do a picture is never finished cause there is always room for improvment he he Very Happy Razz )

comments opinions and suggestions as usual are more than wellcome and Anthony and McKack thanks both of u for all the ideas to improve my pic i really learned quite a few things about lights with this picture. Smile
