Here you go. I worked on it some more. I would like to know how to make the atmosphere better or whatever. Smile

cannot seem to find what you're trying to portray in the center/road. hmm.. and the people look too sketchy comparing to the sky.. it's the shades i think..

colour. even though it appears to be a "dirty" kind of atmosphere to the picture you should add some tints of different colours in i think. it helps stylize it and is a good way to get atmosphere, just depends what colour you use. also you have got a lot of detail (sort of) into the sky, so anything closer to our "position" relative to the scene will have to be even higher detail to stand out infront of it. me likes that sky so far though Very Happy

Hey Kitamard, I read your last post in how you wanted to incorporate detail. Well I think you just need to do what you've done to the foreground soldiers, to the rest of the picture. Define everything even more. Dont forget to add maybe a light source which would really make this pic stand out. Try to imagine the light hitting the soldiers (maybe light source from the sky there) and then once u imagine the light source focusing onto the scene, then include it. You're doing well with your detail. Looks good!

One more thing that could maybe give improvement would be to give the soldiers down the line, legs, or even just touch ups that make it look like they got legs and weapons hanging out. I think if two armies were to meet up like that and that close, they'd have lots of spears as well as swords in front of them. Hope this gives you some ideas Very Happy

Looking much better! Keep working on it Kitamard, the lighting is looking good and giving the pic much depth. I can see u've added some spears and stuff, keep it up! The legs look more like squiggly lines, I was thinking more on actual legs, but thats up to you. But pics like yours make me feel like I wanna start another pic from the one Im doing, cause I wanna do something a little better. I'll be keeping an eye on your work Kitamard cause I like your drawings Wink
