holy shit that is a huge image!... took forever to load on my cable connection even!

Its a neat concept... however, the ear just looks really wrong, the chin looks like it could stab someone, and the skull-structure is off. You should look at some anatomy of the human face.
You should mix your colors on the face, as opposed to using the dodge/burn tool (it takes away the realism, and he looks a little too yellow)...
Some of those outlines need cleaning up with the smudge tool.
Also, im not sure what you're trying to do with the blue streak-lines... are they light beams? rain? or is it trying to show movement?
