I think this is a beauty - the drawing and pallette are both very successful. My only niggle is when it comes to the composition - I feel that the strong diagonal line running through the swing-ropes and her dress is in danger of cutting the picture in two and allowing the eye to stray. It's a great image though Smile

When i first see this, i swear to god i went "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" loud infront of the computer. The first time was 4 years ago, when i first saw Jennifer Colleney beautiful tities.

This picture is so beautiful. It will be a crime if you dont sell this as a print.

One crit though, i need to see the top of her breast, its too tiny now. Just a bit biggar so it sag down. Sorry if i sound like a perv.

Hiya!.. great piece..

Have to agree with Bang on the tittie issue, perhaps a rounder shape would make it look "fuller" (not silicone-ish crap tho)
+ I'm curios about the light that falls on her hair.. the way i see it there should'nt be any, unless she hole in her chest or a small lamp on her back Smile

Also: I think the edge on the big cloud is a bit to sharp(the part above her great legs ;p )

Damn the boy just keeps going! Beautiful!

You might want to define the highlight on her shoulder, since it's blending in with the neck a bit right now.

The bounced light on the bottom of her shoulder seems a bit out of place, since it's not carried out on consistently in other places.

What happened to the orange sunlight on her torso? You've painted the warm orange in selectively, and it looks a bit spotty. I'm not sure if that's what you were after.

Here's a quick paintover--totally subjective, so ignore if it's not your cup of tea. Very Happy

Thanks everyone!! Dr. Bang you have a special knack of making me giggle. Smile
Here's the sketch, very embarrasing, but these things are just so I can remember my ideas later...

Reference: 1 photo of the hyper-extended knee area.
Here's an updated version, with Luna's and Bang's suggestions, plus some other things... also tweaked colors in a way suggested by Don Wilkinson.

Great painting ! it moves me very much.
It opened a little door in the back of my head, bringing some very old blurry memories from my childhood. Thanx for that.
Way to go. Great work !

wow, steven! This is reaaaally nice. Truly a beautiful painting.

Somehow I liked the warmer painting more than the new updated version which is quite colder in colorranges. What was your reason to do this? I can see the corrections and agree with them. Just not the turn to a colder feeling... Smile

Glad you updated with the suggestions, it does look better. My favorite parts are the clouds and the trees in the corner.
