On the EK forum there is a portrait thread. Members post photos of themselves and whoever wants does a portrait of whomever they want. This was from a photo of Socar Myles. I added it to the quick sketch thread, but then I spent some more time on it, so I wanted to put it in it's own thread.

I really really like this, eyewoo! Very nice and subtle, but rich in all the right areas...I don't think I've seen you use colours like these before. I like the crisp effect with the veils as well.
Very flattering portrait!

| maybe its just the veil confusing me, but it seems like the alignment of her facial features is a little off. |

To me it looks like you also tried to put the feel of Socar�s pictures in it. It could be one of hers judging by the style. That makes it very special in a way.
I like the light on the veil a lot. |

Not much to add. I think it looks nice and subtle. You really got a cool transparent effect on those veils!
