A long time ago, I read about an idea on this board to create a book and pass it around to board members (who signed up) submitting their art peice. Whatever happend to that book/project, is it completed, still going?

Im pretty sure it was an idea over here. Since I recall reading a thread about it, I dont "read" Shane's board, I just go there to checkout the drawing classes and see other poeples peices

i think search isn't working for the posts before board update.

the truth is there is so much knowledge here, so mach have been said that it would fill few books. I think the best thing to do is to start making that art faq we were also talking about. People ask too many same questions.

How about creat a pdf book with all know how and tutorials posted here? The tips from craig mullins and others have great value to selftought people. Anybody document all this threads

now thats an idea. we could start a topic to help create the book. limit it to like 500 pages. I'll make it. lets do it. it's all up to the artist and permission to use their art.
