Yeah, very nice texture work. I like the ruggedness very much.
It need a little in shape, just right to the nostrils for example.
And perhaps you should consider how and where you use straight black.
Keep it up.

Wow, thats pretty good. I pretty much know how to use photoshp and all the things in it. But I don't understand how to make it look so cool like that! Maybe its just my style or what not? Thats an awsome dragon though i really enjoy it!
