I just got the new expansion for Medal of Honor Allied Assault and I cant even begin to tell you how addictive it is. It will leave you insanely frustrated too when your being totally overrun by Nazi forces. Anyone else who has been addicted to this game or any of the Medal of Honors please post and lets start our MOH anonymous. |

Allied Assault single player was absolutely awesome.. I loved it from start to finish..
Multiplayer on the beach level was awesome too... but it was a bit slow. |

MOHAA and BF'42 are amazing pieces of work; I have and love both games tremendously. I actually had to stop playing for a while - I was playing way too much. _________________ - Tom Carter

Speaking of playing way too much I haven't been addicted to a pc game in such a long time since doom 2.. Must be carefull that it doesn't ruins our health tho.
*scarfs down her sandwich and quickly hops in the BF42 LAN game that was just started* |

I consider any gameplay over an hour way too much. I haven't played that way in a long, long time. My first bout was with Quake's Allstar CTF Mod; I played for almost 4 hours into the morning! My last long gaming bout was about a year ago - I played Nascar Heat for about 3 hours (way, way too much) with some buddies in a closed server session; it was a huge rush!
Gaming can be great entertainment, but it can reall be a big time waster too! It's all clean fun though. _________________ - Tom Carter

Actually to be honest I never did finish the first one, I got past the tiger tank mission and was on the one where you had to protect the other rangers from snipers but it just got so frustrating, and I refused to cheat on MOH. I just got the expansion though and it was awesome, only three missions long though but its definately got replayability. The first mission is the Normandy drops where you actually get to jump out of the plane and end up landing in a barn. And there is also the Battle of the Bulge which is supposed to rival that of the omaha beach level of the first game. The coolest part of the expansion though is that each mission has 5 min long footages from ww2 with your character introducing the battle. And then at the end of each mission they have these poems that were written by veterans explaining what they had to go through. All in all though its definately cool, and Im also glad to see Im not the only one to get addicted to this game. |

if u realised, the MOHAA/spearhead missions contain individual campaigns, which happen during different times of the war, and different places or theatres of the war, completing one campaign is considered finishing a minigame, then u get ur medals and blah blah blah
and BF42 rocks as well, it really captures the WWII feel, seeing a column of tanks before u then suddenly a friendly fighter flies from behind right over u and u see the tanks blow up, that just overpowers u _________________ Derelict Studios|Godwin's Space |
