she needs to eat more! her arms are so skinny 
the only thing i can see is that the key-hole shaped background behind her lacks depth. it looks like it's supposed to be a cutaway in the wall. it could use some more rendering to add a better sense of depth.
other than that, this is a great piece.

Cool image. The alcove shouldn't have exactly the same texture and cracks as the front wall - that's what flattens it. Change that, and then give the shadows a harder edge, to show that its a definate light source. Great work, keep it up!
