All over great work! Compliment at all! I love to see different portraits of the same person.

Here are a couple of mine:

in about 45Minutes i still wonder how i got it this fast.

Here is a webcam-photo i made days after for compare.(i havent installed it before)

the lightsituation wasnt good ... cause i painted it during dusk/dim light ...

This is not a self-portrait... but at least it's a portrait... did this mainly as a stlye exercise, but it doesn't need an own thread, so i thought it would fit in here...

This was done with PS6 on a ball-point pen
sketch.
Done using reference (but not for eyes, colors and hair).

anyway..when you get back, I noticed a red vein in your eye in your third? pic. Just curious as to if you reeeealy have that vein in your eye. Ive got 2 veins/arteries in my left eye that dont seem to dissapear...

about your red eye. try use cucumber slice put on both your eyes and laydown a bit. See if this help.
