I really like the first one, although too much glowing around her. The second one is pretty cool, but his left foot (his left, not ours!) looks strange.
Other than that, I like 'em!

And where's the bad anatomy?

I think these concepts are pretty nice! The pose of the second guy is a bit stiff, like the gun had no weight, but other than that, good work!
