I love callisto, I really like your work.
I think you have to focus in the characteristics of her face, and not so much in respecting a grid, so when i look at her, i could say "ok, she's callisto"
her nose seems to be flat, and there's something funny in her right side of the face.

Renton: Very much thanks.
Talk about the grid. I agreed with you.
I don't like use grid either. When I use reffrence to paint never use grid to help. I don't think doing grid is the way lean. I belive the eye should connect to your hand. Try the best to become what you see what you paint.
I didn't use grid to help me paint first picture. The picture I find on internet aleady has grid mark. If you look carefully I didn't fallow the grid on my painting.
I well go back work more on her nose and face.

NeoFun: Yes. Last night I pay one 9X12 wacom intus2 tablet and one Painter 7 software on ebay. They going to ship to my door soon. thank you for asking. Hope those can help my painting.

I cant belive you are using your mouse for this, cant wait to see what you can do with a tablet 
And mr Malachi Maloney... gasp, oohhooo, damn and amazing!! nuff said!!
Oki some crits after looking closer...
With this level of detail wich is amazing!, there is just one thing (wich I can see) that bothers me. The tree trunks, they look like they are made of clay. Its an oak or an maple leaf tree right ? Those trees have a much more corse (spelling?) rough texture...
I dont know how to go about it, maybe adding an texture filter to it(yeah I know, cheating )
Other then that... Yummy
