Hello everyone, been a while since I posted here. I've been busy finishing up the game Whacked at work and working on this little side project called Nyxies. It's basically an episodic short I've been working on for fun. Here's a direct link to the first episode movie in MPEG1 format (352x190, 11.6mb, should play on almost any system). Hopefully there'll be many more (I'm already working on The second episode)

Those stills look pretty cool, but your server's dang slow... Got a download speed of 3.2 kByte... Well, maybe I'll try it again later.

Yeah, the server is getting Hammered from cgchannel links right now. Sorry. Should be fast in a day or so.

Damn damn damn...I run the server that is hosting the Nyxies movie..basically the lack of availiability is due to there being thousands of requests per minute. Good for Mike and his new animation but bad for the general public. Hopefully the load will taper off later on this evening and the reliability of the download will be more stable.

A coworker downloaded this yesterday. He showed it to me. I think it looks great!
Very fun.
Everyone liked it very much.

The only thing I (or the people here at work actually) though could improve was the timing of some parts. Especially where he jumps. That seems to be to fast.
Also where he clims up. You don't really see the effort it would take to climb up like that.
But don't let us dent your pride in any way. : )
This is great stuff.
