Can you have a look at this drawing made in photoshop and with a wacom board - Let me hear what you think - where can I improve and so?

Hej Jesper.
Ofcourse there is the issue of anatomy, on wich I am not skilled enough to give you credible critique. But something is wrong here and there. For instance it seems a little weird that her hip bones is showing concidering that she is seated. But overall I think your anatomy is pretty nice.
The wings and hair seems rather "off". The wings look flat and manufactured, and the hair seems to be shaded wrongly, as if they are seperate elements in the picture and lighed differently that the rest.
I know the troubles of adding a secondary lightsource and an interesting environment (something I seldom do) but those might be helpul thing for you to play with to help communicate shape and colour.
That's being a bit harsh but sometimes that the better way

For the wings I should make the lighting walk al trough not only every single block/cell(you name it) ... It gives a scale effect this way so that the wing does not look flat but a bit bumpy..... |

is that a poser model you painted over? The hip looks like something poser would do, and also the foot looks poser'y |

No it is actually made all from memory, but I can see the problem with the hip and the leg - it might hurt a bit to lie like that. |
