Thanks everyone for helping me on this, giving your sugestions and constructive critiques. I had to put this img aside for a while as my eyes was getting tired of looking at it! Now I return to work on it with a freh look and came up with this result. I smooth things up a little and changed the background colors. Here is the final selfportrait.

Interesting use of color and style. It is different.

I agree, the style sorta reminds me of Van Gough (sp?)

also looks a bit like Edvard Criegs...(not right writed), very nice using of colours.
