good start, but first off, you should try approaching digital art in more of a "painterly" manner. fill in color with the paintbrush, not the paint bucket. the paintbucket leaves those nasy white lines around everthing.

*Coloring tip!!*
1.use the magic wand (W) to select the area that you want put some color on!!
2.Select>>modify>>expand (2pxl)
3. Use the Paintbucket (K) on the selected area in a layer under the lineart. Simsalabim.. nice coloring with no nasty edges!!:.
