Can you think of serious arguments instead of resorting to sidetracked incoherent rambling about whatever you might or might not do to me in a dark alley? Since we will never be meeting, your weak suggestions amount only to my mental image of you as a low-brow knuckledragging redneck. Noone here is meeting in person, and nothing said and done in these matters happened in person so stop whining about your immensely brave methods of real life discussion. |

Ok everyone just settle down. None of this is getting anyone anywhere. It is just juvenile behavior (the main reason ALL of this started). On one side you have people bitching about people acting inappropriate and then here they are doing exactly what they dislike. Why fuel the fire? On the other side you have people complaining about acceptance to this "utopian art society" and are just strengthening the reason for their nonacceptance.
My advice is for everyone to just shut off their damn computer. Go outside.. go see a movie.. go paint or draw something on paper and have your friends crit it. GET OUT AND DO SOMETHING!! Who cares if someone thousands of miles away who you have never met in person likes your work or you for that matter. This is the lamest use of posting I have ever seen on sijun. (ok.. so I had one more rant left in me) |

This is really taking it a bit too far. I said I'd shut it down if it continued, and it did, so here goes.
If you want to continue the discussion, in a civilised manner, do so in another thread. If you want to continue it in a not so civilised manner, do so elsewhere, or I'll be shutting down threads as they pop up.
