I like it. A little confusing but creepy all the same.

A couple of things bother me though:

1.the red lower half of its body looks wrong - all the image colours are blue tones until this feature.

2.the flesh and skin droops around the face, the mouth in particular. Personally, I would drop some intense shadows around its face to fix these problems.

Kind of HR Giger. nice.
