Nice color. It's interesting I just got on here, and it seems like some of the stuff looks like middleschoolers, and some is really good, like this one. "really good" is not very staisfying to hear though. I like the nose, red is always good to add character, like the subtle gradiant in the background and pos-neg value relationship with the wing background and t-shirt. one hting looks funny to me though. It is stylized, but the bicep is telling me that it should be a little more flexed with the arm in that position. I wouldn't point it out except that the rest of the form is so believable, and the fact that the bicep was telling me...

Well shit, this is just a fantastic illustration. Great stylization, excellent composition and I love the color scheme. I went to your site and it rocks! And wow! Finally, someone else who is big fan of Jack Burton, I quote "...and go off and rule the universe from beyond the grave...indeed,indeed, or you can check into a pscho ward which ever comes first huh?" Bhaha! That movie is the best!

i kind of agree with the previous comment that the bicep could appear a little more flexed given the position of the arm... but whatever, this is gorgeous! did you use painter or photoshop?

Rubbershark- Thanks for the in depth crit and yes the bicep is fooked up. I went and changed it today and it's looking much better.

Germ- That has got to be one of my all time favorite movies. Not only because it's quotable from start to finish but It's got Victor Wong in it and any movie with the Wongster is AWESOME. May he rest in peace.

Lunatique- Sorry 'bout that dude. I'm not quite savvy enough to tell you why it happens or what to do about it but when it happens to me I find it equally as frustrating.

El Scoono- That arm... Everyone hates that arm!!!! I'll have to post the new one.

Imphead, great bit of art.

As for the bicep... I don't have a beef with it considering the floating skulland bones. Just look in the mirror and, with palms down, curl your arms. Do the same thing again with your palms upwards. Then do it again with your palms faces each other.

hey!

Wow, that is simply amazing, i must see more of your work. As for any crits, the only think i noticed when I looked at it was that it almost seems that there should be a touch more of darker values in the inner eye socket region when compared to the shadows in other parts of the image. Anyway, that image "fooking" rawks
