It looks cool. You've got a great manga/comicbook style with both the linework and colouring. It does look like you spent much more time on the figure than on the back ground though. Maybe try softning the edge between the sand and the water (you can see through shallow water at the shore to the bottom. Try using the same shading/colouring tecnique on the water that you used on the figure.
