this is a good start. I like the colors you picked and the pose of the subject.

The anatomy isn't far off, just a bit misproportioned. Did you use a reference for her? The coloring needs a bit of help. There are a lot of basics you're missing here. I would start with better shape understanding and then value understanding.

I agree with the above comments, your other work is better. You should upload some of them, i.e. the Scarecrow?

Im in the process of doing pre-Character Design work for the module, will probably post some work next week - I like the forum.
