it kind of looks the baby was put against a scanner :]
i think the bottom half of the image really clahses with the rest. it's either the colors, composition or both. |

While it does show off some pretty magical effects, it is...erm... kinda difficult to look at.
The grass in the foreground and the cute baby (who admittedly does look like she was put against a scanner) seem to be competing for attention. Try darkening the foreground grass and putting a stronger lightsource on the baby. |
