I like the concept, colors, and shapes, but some of the textures are distracting. Maybe you should pick one or two that you like best and use them throughout.

It looks appealing but it's pretty hard to figure out exactly what it's meant to be. Looking at it makes me want to think it's representing something.

Sorry for the tough crit, but it's my first reaction.
