Might work on this some more at a later stage. Had some problems with the anatomy
on the womam, maybe I should of used some reference for the pose. Not too sure about some of the lighting. Crits, comments are welcome.

Wonderful, great atmosphere and light!
Let me concentrate on what you mentioned, the anatomy of the woman - the crease where the buttocks meet should be leaning in the opposite direction. The waist would be lower, the hips and shoulders higher, if she's lying on her side on a flat hard surface, even if there's a small gap between it and the left side of her waist.
The left armpit down a bit, knees down, and right shoulder up a little.

Awesome atmospere!

The only things I can see is that her butt looks a bit flat, like it's pressed against glass or something. Also the light from the torches seems like it's only coming from the left torch.

Steven- Thanks. Yes I think you made some good observations there and are right about a lot of the things you mentioned. I will work on this more later and try get some of those anatomical issues working better.
