You need to learn patience! People here usually take awhile to respond unless you're a "big name". And sometimes there just plain is no (useful) response at all, alas. The atmospherics are nice, the composition is rather dull though, the horse seems more like it is just a statue standing there than a living breathing creature. The brush work is pretty nice but you lose a lot of it in the fog. Which I personally think there is too much of. It also has no depth, it just looks like paint globbed on top of everything. If it was a real fog it would be going behind the horse and the fence and all that as well as in front, but this just doesn't read that way. Your signature is very distracting as well sorry. As a big simple improvement cropping off a bit of the left side would do wonders for this.

Hey, a horse! *lol* I think it looks good.. However (yeah, here it comes ), I think the legs start a bit too early making the body look too small compared with the head, and the.. er.. nose part (absolutely no idea what it's in English, snout?) looks too flat/pale. Deepen the shading a bit there to make it appear more round

I liked the mist in the first version... Though it might look a bit too poisonous

i like the second (new) one better. good job on making its hair.

in the first one, background won't have that kind of detail behind the mist.

agree with solayna about the leg vs body issue.
