I like the image, the use of colours is good too
However i do find it hard to understand what is going on in some areas...

LeChuck: that was the assignment, ants being viol
gowansy, thanks for the cheer, some areas are intentiaonally left unclear or fuzzy or confusing. I was trying to Focus the viewer's attention on certain things and create a lot of movement, the feel of witnessing a real battle.
Also, in the game (a Marathon conversion), only about 2/3 of the image is viewable at once, and scrolls from left to right. Part of the trick was to compose the image so it looked good at all stages of cropping, and benefit from the motion of the image.
