I think its very solid

i like the colors you choosed at some places, like in the shadowed area of her shirt, the slightly blue/green tint works very well

i think the top of her face might be a little too reddish, compared to the pale neck ...
and you should refine more the hair and eyebrow, they look blurry compared to the sharpness of the chin for example

Hey Saripol,

Your portrait paintings get better with each one you post. It's been nice to observe your development. I like the painterly feel of this one in particular.

Where should you go from here? Perhaps, add a little more sparkle to her eye - they look too flat. And, some more definition to her hair - stranding to make it look more real and less plastered on.
