Here's what we had to do...
You pick any picture you want, Aspen Matthews in my case(Mike T's Fathom), then you zoom in on a certain part.
You do that in pencil, and then you zoom in again(on your sketch this time, not the original), for an extreme close up and do that on a 18x24 canvas, in color.
This is the first draft... the 18x24 is still back at school.
Feel free to color it, if anyone wants some practice.. |

| Fathom seems to be a real popular character here. Are those comics way better than the others based around female characters like Darkchylde, Glory or Witchblade? |

| Fathom is pretty cool, I like it. I dunno if it's really better then the Witchblade, sorta the same style(?) story wise. |

I'm personally a huuuge fan of Red Monica from Battlechasers.
Her boulders are ridiculously large and have a kinda silicone glossiness to them but...
...ah, they look so good! |

Fathom is made by the same artist as who did witchblade I think. The artist of Fathom just recently dealt with bone cancer and wasnt drawing for a good while. Apparently hes back to work with new fathom issues though.
