Some things I did while Sijun was down and some things I did before that didn't get much notice (it was pretty darn chaotic here).

I think I'm finally starting to get a little bit of a style...wow, can you believe it? Anyway, here's some junk I spat out

These didn't get too much of a response but I have to admit that I really like them. These next three pics were a real turning point for me I think

Umm... that's all, hehe :>

Oh and on a side note... not sure I mentioned this before the forums went down but I have a new art site up. It's been up for some time, but I'm just not sure I ever made that "official" announcement here

Whee fun! Seen 'em before, but I still like 'em. I really like the nighttime one with the mushrooms.

2 and 3 are my favorite. i guess i like them mostly for the completion factor, but i like the mysteriousness\colors, too.

Hi Jezebel. I saw the shifter b4 the forum went down. It was in a thread, a tutorial one I think.

I like it, it looks so cleanly rendered. I have watched your progress on the forums for nearly a year now (I was formerly 'Collosimo'), and you are doing great. I would agree these pics are a bit of a turning point for you. It looks like you are more fluent and comfortable with painting now.

All these paintings are cool. I really love them. Only thing I could say is that it looks like you had trouble rendering oogly2. Probably because so many areas are brown. It lacks depth compared to the previous one. The shading on the face is probably a contributry there. You need to establish some more light and shadow.

Hope that helps.

Good to see you back here!

Hey, thanks everyone! Appreciate the feedback =)

Ian - Ahh Collosimo =) Makes me grin from ear to ear to know that someone is seeing me progress. Thanks so much I actually never finished oogly2, part of the reason it's so flat I guess. Thanks again ^_^

incredible. Are you sure that's not watercolours that are used in the three first ones?

I'd kill to have the second on my wall. The feeling in it is so...relaxing.

Uh Oh!!! You hit the sweet spot. You drew a mouse picture. You have just won the Slybo seal of approval.

And I L O V E your dragon pic. http://div.dyndns.org/FOO/art3.html

If your ever in the Milwaukee area and want to hang with a nice guy about your age that likes computers/art, and videogame just give ol' Slybo a buz.

CapnPyro - Thank you =)

Slicer - No watercolours were harmed in the making of these images; photoshop however was terribly abused. And please don't kill anyone. =) I have a much larger version available if you wanted to print it out of something, hehe. :>

LeChuck - I drew that rat image for Socar, I'm glad you like. And I'm glad you like the dragon as well... I think it's one of my favs =)

WICKED - Thank you!
