Hi Alen.. This is very good. The colored image looks really good. that really looks like tupac. ... By why red pupils? is it a reflection of something red his looking at? if it is.. then the whites he is wearing should also also have a tint of red from the reflected light. Nice work by the way.

thanks

nope, no red light, he has the blue band on his head, and i started the eyes to be brown, but when i added the highlight, they turned to the red side.

blue band and red eyes, i think it goes well together so i left it how it is.

i don't know if you feel the same, but i like it

Nice work. You dodge and burn quite a lot, and although you may not be able to achieve quite the same control as selecting and placing colours manually, you seem to have achieved a nice effect. I would continue with that method a bit more, it seems to suit you. Consider choosing more of your colours from the pallette, becuase you will be able to inject more colour variation, and life into your portrait.

I noticed that some of the facial features are slightly wonky. Now this isn't very noticeable, I only saw it because I always check for this in a portrait of a tilted head. Basically the nose and mouth are a little wonky. You will see what I mean when you tilt your own head to match the angle of Tupac's...

You should then notice that the nose especially tilts a little towards the vertical. Try to fix that, or at least take note for next time.

Hope that helps.

This is a piece I'm doing for a t-shirt/clothing company called dalinkwent ...I dunno if any of you have heard about it... but here's the thing: The charge for this drawing is fairly high(for an 18 year old fresh out of highschool college student who's new to this whole freelancing thing), well, not for this version, but the colored version, ...and I'm not too fond of it. But the cats I had to submit it to were diggin it.

I think I nailed biggy, but pac is a different story.

crtis?

I like it... i dunno, i guess i'm just strange

And edel, biggy looks good, but you might wanna work on Tupac, but you already know that. heh
