I would also suggest that you rework the outside contour of her face. It should be a bit more angular, and less wide overall. But a good start, if you keep refining it, it will look great.

the eye socket needs to be darker also..

you need more contrast in your tones..

hey now.. she has bigger hooters than i thought! well anywho, i think you should work on her teech more... i think teeth are very prominent when it comes to trying to capture similarities between a drawing and a picture.. and when you don't succeed try try again
