ha! vert neet! like a lot. very 60's. it's a bit shame that there is no shading or defined light source but still looks great!

I like the colors on his jacket much
this pic looks good like it is but it's not your work which made the job

the form and general shading were given by your friend
and in fact you just added some colors here and there
how about making this guy more realistic
and to work more on the shadings and color value?
I think this could be a great exercise
