Cowabunga dude!
This is my favourite Ninja Turtle Donatello,
I saw a picture a long time ago, The turtles where really mean-looking, with white eyes and fearsome teeth,so I tried to do my own mean-looking turtle. It's actually my first serious try at doing this kinda art with linedrawings and stuff...
Why don't you post your favourite turtle, c'mon it would be fun! I heard that there was a turtle thread a long time ago, but let's do it again =)

That's well good, I like the detail in the veins and nice highlighting. My only crit is that the left foot looks like it's pointing at an odd angle, shouldn't it point to the right of the viewer? |

I love the Turtles. When I watched the cartoon my favorite was Mike....But eventually I learned to like Leo more.
That's an awesome pic! Only one problem though: the Turtles in the original comic book were the violent ones with no pupils which you refer....yet at that point every Turtle had a red bandana. The multicolored ones are a creation of the kid's cartoon. hehe....there's some trivia for you... |

Awesome! I'm just a bit bothered by the buildings to the far right...maybe the perspective is a bit off or something, I find them a bit distracting.
Otherwise, a kickass image!

Hah. I still have the 1st four books of the "red bandana" comics - including one where they ended up fighting space triceratops' with laser guns.
(does anyone else remember this?). They were pretty violent back then.
Awesome picture, Capt
Raphael was my fave. |

NICE!
DAmn I was totally a turtle fan...Do we have to pick a turtle... I always liked Casey Jones the most...such an angry individual. And yusagi yojimbo...just cause he was a damn rabbit ninja...anyway...gotta say i think I liked Leonardo, just because he got 2 swords...all the other weapons just were too wussy...I mean who could get hurt by a pair of Sai??? *fffwaaK!!!! AAIYEE nevermind...*weeping
I like this style, you look like a texture man, nice use of textures...kinda subtle...I like the soft diffuse lighting with the bold inking of Donatello, it is fresh to me The buildings are a little wierd, but I just keep my focus on Don so I dont mind HA I would set the background back a little more, the lines are sooo heavy, but thats me.
Looks like he is pissed...but doing a Hawaiin hip dance Is that how you spell hawaiin......wierd . Me likes Don

ninja turtles ruled.
I like the comic style it has. If all comic books were colored like this, more people would by them. |

Why do I always end up screwing with your images Cap'n? ^_^
Personally I like Leonardo. Being the leader, and named after my favorite artist, well, it was innevitable! |
