Damn...

Well everything's pretty much already been said, only thing I have left to ask is, don't you have this in like 1280x1024? I could seriously dig this as a wallpaper!

Mikael, I went to your site and was quite impressed. I really like your star wars illos. Question: When you team up with Joachim (right?) how do you divide the work? Your page loads awfully slow, even with the cable connection. I imagine it would take a lifetime with a regular modem.

The wallpaper can be arranged.

Lisa, thank you very much, there are a few things I have a harder time drawing. I hope that more I work on them easier it will get. Oh, if you look like my wot3 I probably would stalk you.

Adi

Nice stuff. I really like the graphical and yet realistic style of the picture. Love the way you use the low saturated colors and the way you handle the rough textures on the guy's body. Hopefully we will get to see more of your great work at the forum.

Very well done. Looks like you're influenced by the works of Travis Charest. Almost identical in style. Once again very nice.

Adigra: Thanks alot

Mostly if i team up with Joachim we
do many rough sketches at first pick out the one we like the most. The good thing then is that you'll get twice as much to start with and more alternatives. Then we start to paint. Sometimes we split up the layers. Example: i do the character and then Joachim takes the background and then we just change back whenever we feel like it or if one of us is having a problem with something in the painting. Sounds tricky? Not really..
It's actually very good especially if we have a tight deadline were we cannot afford loosing any time.

I've noticed that katode has been very slow the last few days. I dunno why. It should be
fast. Hmm..

It sucks...

It sucks to think how long it is going to take me to get anywhere near as good as you. Awesome work.

Hey Adi, I love your site...great work, beautiful style... Your rendering is incredibly smooth and your colors vivid!

I've seen some of your Star Wars Living Force art here: http://www.wizards.com/rpga/livingforce/article.asp?x=lf/swlf20010308c&c=swlf

I hope you'll be doing more work for Wizards and the Star Wars universe....

FYI, the artist that Joachim was talking about, the guy that did the older versions of the Adam Hughes characters is Doug Alexander Gregory. I saw him recently at a local convention ... amazing colors.... You can see some of his work here ...

This is my first post...hope the links worked.
