Nice to have the forums back.
I finished this a last week, pencil drawing, scaned and coloured.
I was thinking of the elements and decided to have a go at fire first, I'll get around to doing the other three sometime soon.

I can see it now. The head is a bit weird, you need to work on that some more. It just needs more work. I am assuming you didnt use any reference at all for this pic?? I mean for the figure at least.
IMO I think that the skin would ook a lot better uf it was a different colour. Grey seems to have a deadening affect. It can be used quite well, but for this picture IMO it doesn't suit...
I think that the grey does not represent the dynamic and fiery idea of the picture... do you see my point? it just doesnt do justice to the content and idea. |
