Easter is a very happy time for us Christians because we know that Jesus took away our sin and we have life in Him. But sometimes I think we forget all the suffering he went through to give us this great gift. This picture is in honor of the King and Kings and Lord of Lords. |

I'll just concentrate on the technical side in this piece. ( Not really fond of this Jesus guy )
I think its weird how you use different styles in different details. Compare the cartooney animal, the stones in the ground and the crosses in the background. They all look different in styles. You might want to render the whole image in one style, to make it seem *whole*.
Aand I think you should think about the text composition again.

SPRING: You always seem to draw that kitty.
Greenpeach: Now there's one of the Easter holiday traditions that I like to keep in touch with.
(not very fair to Spring's thread though)

well if you want to follow the MEssiah you might want to not celebrate easter concitering it's a pagan holyday not christian.
We were given the new passover according to scripture.
to keep the passover just like OT but to remember Christ instead of the OT story of how they spread blood on there doors you should know the story.
Easter is a pagan gods name.
the eggs all pagan well study it. or just be a heathen that claims to be christian |

It's true.... Easter is a pagan holiday. But why not use something intended for evil for the glory of God? |

Good call.
Nearly all Christian holidays are celebrated on Pagan holidays. Why? To detract from and destroy the pagan beliefs. If we were to celebrate Easter at the 'appropriate' time, it'd be sometime in August. People that claim to know the specific dates of Christ's birth et. al. are usually misinformed and forming opinions, based on just that......not fact.
Btw, good message in that pic.

stneil777 - It is completely inappropriate of you to come into this forum and start calling everyone a "heathen". Keep your religious beliefs to yourself and stick to critiquing the images or go away. I think it's quite clear that Spring is devoted Christian.
Spring - I agree about the difference of styles that someone mentioned before. Your image will feel more complete if you stick to the same style throughout. You also might consider putting a shadow underneath her, she's floating a bit right now I like her humble expression.

I like this, but it would look better if you took out the background. I agree with the others that it doesn't match and the most simple solution would be to simply erase it and keep it simple with the bunny and the scriptures. Also, take that blur off her eyes since it doesn't match the rest of it. I like what you are going for with this picture, but I think it needs a bit more sharpening.
