Very nice. Great color.
I've been looking at your stuff and I like it but I keep comming to the same thing: If it was mine I would just put something that would anchor it down, by that I mean something with a change in texture or detail or something. Hm, maybe this is just my habit, but I think if there was just one area that was slightly more finished than the rest then the whole thing would feel finished, to me. In this case, maybe the helmet or chest armor. I dont'know.
Nice work, thanks for posting it. |

oh, forgot the crit!
i think the right arm of the masked fellow gets too small. some perspective problem. also, it struck me as odd that this guy has armor all over his body, is wearing a kevlar helmet and protective eye glasses - and leaves 10 centimeters of his neck totally open. anyway, you have obviously a very good sense for poses. the stone wall is fantastic, and i like the background a lot. so many things told with such few strokes. it's like the pam video
i think you should accentuate the wetness of the scenery some more (unless i'm seeing things and that's no reflections on the floor! but if they're not, you have another perspective problem, so they are. basta.)

Thanx everyone...Uhm about the face thing...I'm not that good at painting faces, so I cover them with big helmets, hahaha

btw... since I had problems with reflections. Tell me please if that thing on the helmet are reflections only or if the colours also come from inside the helmet. |

Well, the glass cover thingy on the helmet (visir in swedish) was supposed to look like the canopy of a gripen aircraft...it reflects the environment with strange purple and green colours, don't know if it's convincing, but I think it looks ok....
the rest is ...uhm...don't know exactly =/

Brillant work
As usual.
You must be bombarded with questions like this enough - but how long have you been painting for ? Your work is amazing. |
